Promotion and sales of the Topcon Vertical Construction/BIM product line in a designated coverage area, focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other related vertical construction contractors.
This role offers uncapped commission, company vehicle, corporate technology training and excellent growth opportunity! CORE JOB DUTIES Build new customer relationships, assume primary control of existing customer relationships in order to promote and sell all aspects of the Topcon vertical construction product portfolio.
Analyze the local territory, develop a sales plan of growth for the territory, and execute the plan in order to achieve sales revenue objectives.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience High School and College graduate or equivalent experience in promotion and sales.
Previous direct b-2-c sales experience highly recommended.
Professional sales training program experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering, MEP Construction, Vertical Construction/BIM, or general construction industries preferred.
Previous experience using a sales CRM such as NetSuite, SalesForce, SAP, or others is desirable.
Ability to be a self-starter, and highly motivated to reach desired sales targets is required.
