This role will span across the digital and enterprise ecosystem working closely with storefront and fulfillment product teams, providing capabilities that impact all facets of the BJ s digital member journey. This role will rely heavily on strong analytics, technical prowess, and strategic thought leadership as it focuses on pushing the envelope around data and platform products, their governance, utilization, and optimization. As the Director of Product Management, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver capabilities that enable BJ s to win at digital experiences, drive revenue and earnings, and ensure our members have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year roadmap, guided by robust financial modeling ensuring we are prioritizing the highest ROI features and capabilities first and often. You will be partnering closely with Engineering and IT, Programs, Merchandising, Member Care and Operations. The Director of Product Management, Platform Capabilities reports into the VP, Digital Product Management and UX. Duties and Responsibilities Create, own, and deliver the overall data and analytics technology roadmap spanning across all areas of the digital business supporting operations, marketing, programs, merchandising, and BI. Drive an overall voice of the member (customer) capability strategy leveraging member and team member feedback and therefore insights. Own the inventory management strategy, delivering on accurate and visible inventory across the digital channels and fulfillment options. Support the overall B2B and Payments capabilities powering the ecommerce experiences, optimizing revenue and ROI. Experiment with AI driven models and capabilities, leveraging across the data landscape and supporting profitability efforts throughout the fulfillment journey. Lead a team of product managers, empowering and coaching them to deliver value iteratively in strong partnership with their business stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the Digital Product leadership team, balancing priorities across the HLO s and clearing the way for our teams to deliver value quickly. Partner across the organization including IT, B2B business leaders, finance, and many other teams. Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders across the company, including enterprise technology and business owners. Be hyper-focused on KPI s, measuring consistently before and after delivery. Provide thought leadership and innovation within and outside your areas of responsibility, challenging the status quo and encouraging others to think outside the box. Minimum Qualifications Education / DegreeA Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent experience. Experience and Qualifications 8
years in Product Management, preferably within digital organizations focused on core platform capabilities. 4
years in leading people, coaching, developing, and empowering them to be their best, to deliver value, and to work collaboratively with others. Experience in agile development with a track record of successful project delivery for large cross-functional projects within the digital and omni fulfillment ecosystemsStrong analytics skills with 5
years experience leveraging data to drive decisions and using analytics tools; including the creation and communication of analytic reports. 4
Experience working with AI and Data Science partners, vendors, and/or software providers to drive profitability and/or optimization. Experience with A/B testing design and execution. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills is a must, including the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)Experience collaborating across multiple teams, including ecommerce, business and technology. The ability to influence people to get things done even if you do not have direct authority over them.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
