The office environment is friendly and welcoming.
I see about 40-50 patients a day, depending on how many assistants I have on the schedule.
I try to do my best to make the patients happy as well as the wonderful staff I get to work with.
I am looking for an orthodontic dental assistant to work every other Monday, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you are interested please let me know! Prior experience working as an orthodontic assistant is preferred, but not required.
The job entails seating patients, taking orthodontic records (impressions, photos and x-rays), removing and replacing wires, fitting bands, expanders, habit breakers ,etc, setting up for braces on/off appointments, hygiene instruction, sterilization, breaking down and setting up chairs, keeping treatment area neat and tidy, stocking, updating parents, and assisting the dentist with patients.
