SAP APO Consultant
Role
Day to day production support activities in SNP, CIF, Production planning and MRP
Meet the SLA requirements down for the support project
Daily troubleshooting of user queries and resolution of issues
Monitoring of daily system activities in supply chain management
Gathering detailed requirements from Functional and Business owners/Users
Coordination with TCS offshore teams in India and China.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
Implementation and/or Support experience in SAP SCM APO (DP, SNP, CIF, ECC PP)
Core understanding of Master Planning Object Structure (MPOS), Planning Area and Time Series Objects.
Understanding of Planning Books and Data Views; Designing of Macros and Alerts; Maintain Time Bucket Profiles and Storage Bucket Profiles and Defining Activities and Jobs for Mass Processing.
Good understanding of SNP Planning Methods: Heuristics & CTM
Good understanding of Core Interface (CIF): Integration Models / Queue Monitoring / CIF Reconciliation etc.
Experience in batch job/process chains set up.
Understanding of MRP and relevant master data in ECC.
Exposure on Demand planning and its processes.
Exposure on tools like Autosys (Batch Implementation) / HPQC (Testing) & Remedy (Production Support).
Excellent communication skills to interact with customer and within the team.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
Total experience in required skill (years)
7 years
