Multi-lingual Spanish Call Center Support Representatives

Randstad in partnership with The Bose Corporation are actively seeking a Spanish - English speaking call center representatives to join their team out of their Stow, MA office on a long-term contract to hire opportunity. As a Multi-Language Support Representative, you will be responsible for the ownership and resolution of support issues originating from Spanish speaking customers throughout the Americas.- You will interface with the end-consumers, Bose re-sellers and factory stores.- You will consistently apply customer service communication engagement skills and in-depth knowledge of Bose products, audio/wireless/Bluetooth/networking technologies, procedures and alternatives to assess customer needs and resolve issues thereby building a solid and satisfied customer relationship.
You will be required to utilize available resources to coordinate activities to determine root cause, recreate issues and provide customer resolution.- Documentation of all steps will be required to provide feedback to necessary support groups and enhance the knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
Job Description- Spanish Speaking Technical Support Representative
As a Multi-Language Support Rep I, you will be responsible for the ownership and resolution of support issues originating from Spanish speaking customers throughout the Americas. You will interface with the end-consumers, Bose re-sellers, factory stores, foreign distributors and dealers, repair facilities and the Bose field sales force. You will consistently apply customer service communication engagement skills and in-depth knowledge of Bose products, audio/wireless/Bluetooth/networking technologies, procedures and alternatives to assess customer needs and resolve issues thereby building a solid and satisfied customer relationship.
You will be required to utilize available resources to coordinate activities to determine root cause, recreate issues and provide customer resolution. Documentation of all steps in English will be required to provide feedback to necessary support groups and enhance the knowledgebase.
Additional responsibilities may include providing guidance to global team members and the ownership of initiatives deemed essential for team success including the documentation for standardized processes as well as maintaining our continuous improvement program and supporting new tools and emerging technologies.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Requirements
This position requires Bilingual-Spanish speaking abilities
Working knowledge of the latest home theater, streaming audio, wireless home networking, and Bluetooth technology
Demonstrable ability to manage and resolve highly technical troubleshooting issues and involving consumer audio and home networking devices
Proficiency in navigating PC and Mobile operating systems including, but not limited to, Windows and Apple based platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience
Adaptable, flexible and open to feedback
Passion and self-motivation to stay current with job related technologies and developments

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
