Global Lease Adminstration Manager

US, MA - Stow US, MA - Framingham Apply Apply with LinkedIn Job Description Team Leader/Project Manager representing Workplace Services Department for global FASB-13 setup and ongoing maintenance: Lead project team in the creation, implementation and utilization of systems and processes to ensure FASB-13 compliance by April 2020 Work with Indirect Sourcing on RFPs for various real estate services related to this initiative Create policies as needed to ensure strict compliance and rework as needed Work with lease accounting on a monthly and annual basis to review all posted financials Work with other related departments to ensure accurate global reporting Lease administration activity including: Work with 3rd party to maintain a global corporate portfolio database Track all lease critical dates Review landlord correspondence (SNDA, Estoppels, Letters, etc.) Forecast real estate costs going forward Primary point of contact for lease related insurance issues Settle any billing disputes between AP and Landlord Support the collection of any tenant improvement allowances Provide cursory review of all lease reconciliation invoices Create custom reports as required Provide lease interpretations as required Sole contact for providing required information for annual fiscal real estate audits Create/support a real estate document library Create ad hoc reports/PP slides based on tracked lease information Distribute notice to appropriate internal groups of office changes Skills and Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in lease administration with specific project management capabilities.  Global experience a plus, but not requirement.  Familiarity with lease administration databases with installation experience Familiar with lease accounting and SAP Able to work with diverse business units globally. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
