The Manager of CIS Workplace IT Productivity Services is responsible for leading the productivity services team to deliver the strategic roadmap to realize the vision: Productivity 3.0, End Point Systems (Laptops, Tablets & Devices), Office 365 suite of apps & capabilities, mobile device management and application delivery, and delivering quickly on those capabilities. The Manager will champion the evaluation of new customer facing technologies with focus user groups, and the latest endpoint management tools to enable productivity within Bose end point computing environment. The manager will be responsible for talent development in alignment to the strategy and vision. The manger will practice lean to continuously improve work processes and foster employee engagement. Deliver to the Strategic Road map: Productivity 3.0 with clear outcomes to unleash new IT productivity capabilities for all of Bose employees. Enable employee mobility through IT Capabilities. Deliver Mobile capabilities and experiences to Bose employees worldwide. Deliver virtual work space solutions to enable fast on-boarding of contractors, third party partners and contact center agents. Create exciting IT marketing campaigns and roadshows partnering with the IT Engagement & Adoption team and Technology Champions to evangelize the workplace IT and Productivity vision. Seek the voice of customer through the network of technology champions and develop crowd sourced initiative and deliver on one crowd sourced initiative every quarter. 2. Partner with production support to ensure the supportability and maintainability of the tools and environment through knowledge transfer. 3. Establish Workplace Productivity Team Charter including intake, work execution methodologies and communication/awareness. 4. Lead the team, including hiring, inspiring and supervising technical resources, providing mentoring, performance review, development, feedback, and corrective action as needed to maximize individual and team engagement and performance. 5. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
